Terms of Service (Public Offer)
Effective date: 27 October 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a public offer by IE "DeusCode" (an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty; the "Operator") and govern the use of the DeusCRMLight CRM system ("DCL") available at https://deuscrm.online.
1.2. Definitions:
- Service: the DeusCRMLight CRM system, including the web application, the Telegram bot @deuscrmlight_bot, the Telegram Mini App, integrations and the public REST API.
- User: a person registered in the Service.
- Account: the account of an independent professional or a company in the Service, with all of its data and settings.
- Account Owner: the user who created the account and manages it; for a company, the authorized representative acting on its behalf.
- Employee: a user added by the owner of a Business account to that account.
- Plan: the terms of access to the Service (Solo or Business), including the price and the user limit.
- Paid Period: the period for which the plan has been paid.
- User Data: any data that users enter into the Service or transfer to it by import or through integrations.
1.3. Registering in the Service and ticking the box to agree to these Terms constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. From that moment, a contract on these Terms is deemed concluded between the Operator and the user. Payment for a plan also confirms acceptance.
1.4. The following documents form an integral part of these Terms: the Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Processing Policy and Consent to Processing, the Limitation of Liability, the Cookie Policy and the Refund Policy.
2. Subject Matter
2.1. The Operator grants the user the right to remote access to the Service over the internet on a subscription basis (SaaS) within the scope of the selected plan, and the user undertakes to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and to pay for the plan. During the trial period, access is provided free of charge.
2.2. The Service allows users to manage clients and contacts, deals in kanban pipelines and tasks, view analytics, work as a team, receive notifications (browser push notifications, the Telegram bot and the Telegram Mini App), connect integrations (1C via an API key, third-party IP telephony via webhooks), import and export data in CSV format, and work through the public REST API.
2.3. The Service is provided as it exists at the time of access. The Operator may develop the Service and change, add or remove features, provided that it does not materially degrade the core features of a paid plan during the Paid Period.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Individuals aged 18 or over with full legal capacity, and organizations acting through an authorized representative, may register in the Service. By registering an account on behalf of an organization, the representative confirms that they are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3.2. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.3. The user must keep their password and API keys confidential and must not disclose them to third parties. All actions performed using the user's credentials are deemed to have been performed by the user. The user must notify info@deuscode.tech immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
3.4. The user may delete the account in the Service interface, if this feature is available, or by request to info@deuscode.tech. Data is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting your data before deletion.
4. Roles in the Account
4.1. The Solo plan is designed for one user: the account owner.
4.2. On the Business plan, the account owner creates employee accounts within the plan limits, assigns roles and access rights to them, and may restrict or terminate their access.
4.3. The account owner is responsible for the actions of its employees in the Service, for the scope of the rights granted to them, for having a lawful basis to enter their data into the Service, and for making employees aware of these Terms and the Operator's policies.
4.4. An employee uses the Service within the rights granted by the account owner. Data entered by an employee into a company account forms part of that account's data.
4.5. With respect to the personal data of its clients entered into the Service, the account owner is the operator (controller), and the Operator is the processor. The obligations of the parties in this respect are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Plans and Trial Period
5.1. After registration, a free 7-day trial period is provided. No bank card is required for the trial period.
5.2. Plans:
- Solo: 10 USD per month, 1 user;
- Team: 24 USD per month, up to 5 users;
- Business: 39 USD per month, up to 7 users; each additional user above 7: 6 USD per month. The plan includes up to 3 organizations (legal entities) in one CRM; each additional organization is a one-time payment of 500 USD and stays available while the Business plan is active.
A plan can be paid for a month, a quarter or a year. Quarterly payment comes with a 10% discount and yearly payment with a 20% discount off the monthly price for the same period.
5.3. The current features and prices of the plans are published on the Service website. The Operator may change plan prices with advance notice to users. A new price applies from the next Paid Period and does not affect a period that has already been paid.
5.4. The Operator may refuse a repeat trial period where there are signs of abuse, for example registering several accounts to extend the trial.
6. Payment and Renewal
6.1. Payments are made through third-party payment providers; the available payment methods are shown on the payment page. The rules of the relevant provider also apply to the payment. The Operator does not receive or store bank card data.
6.2. A plan is paid in advance for the Paid Period. The plan is activated after the Operator receives payment confirmation from the provider.
6.3. Prices are stated in US dollars. If payment is made in another currency, conversion is carried out under the rules of the payment provider or the user's bank.
6.4. Additional users on the Business plan are paid for in the manner shown in the Service interface when they are added.
6.5. A plan is renewed by paying for the next period. If the payment provider supports automatic renewal and the user has enabled it, the user may disable it at any time; disabling takes effect from the next period.
6.6. The Operator's details are provided in invoices and on request at info@deuscode.tech.
6.7. Refunds are made only in the cases and in the manner set out in the Refund Policy.
7. Read-Only Mode
7.1. When the trial period or a Paid Period ends without payment for the next period, the account switches to read-only mode: data can be viewed and exported, and paid features are suspended.
7.2. Full access is restored once the plan is paid. Data in read-only mode is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
8.1. The user must not:
- send spam or other bulk messages without the recipients' consent using the Service or its integrations;
- enter into or process in the Service data obtained unlawfully or without a lawful basis, or information whose distribution is prohibited by law;
- infringe the rights of third parties, including rights to personal data and intellectual property;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' accounts and data, circumvent technical restrictions, carry out vulnerability scanning or load testing without the Operator's written consent, or place an excessive load on the Service;
- upload malicious software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, except where expressly permitted by mandatory law;
- resell access to the Service, provide it to third parties for a fee or build a competing service based on it without the Operator's written consent;
- extract data from the Service by automated means other than through the public API within the established limits;
- use the Service for activities prohibited by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan or of the user's country.
8.2. The Operator may set technical limits on API usage (for example, on request frequency) and revoke API keys used in breach of these Terms.
8.3. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to info@deuscode.tech and do not exploit it.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The exclusive rights to the Service, including the software code, design, interface, documentation and the designations DeusCRMLight, DCL and DeusCode, belong to the Operator.
9.2. For the duration of access (trial or paid), the user is granted a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, without the right to grant sublicenses. No other rights to the Service are transferred to the user.
9.3. The Operator may use users' suggestions and feedback on improving the Service free of charge.
10. User Data
10.1. User Data belongs to the user (the account owner). The Operator acquires no rights to it other than the right to process it to the extent necessary to provide the Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
10.2. The Operator does not sell User Data and does not use it for advertising.
10.3. The user may export their data in the Service interface at any time, including in read-only mode (CSV and JSON export). The Operator recommends exporting data regularly.
11. Suspension and Blocking
11.1. The Operator may fully or partially suspend access to an account or block it in the following cases:
- a breach of these Terms or of the law;
- a threat to the security of the Service, other users or third parties;
- knowingly false registration information;
- a request from an authorized government authority.
11.2. The Operator notifies the user of a suspension or block by email, stating the reason, unless this is prohibited by law or would hinder the investigation of a security incident.
11.3. The user may dispute the decision by writing to info@deuscode.tech. A response is sent within 10 business days.
11.4. If an account is blocked for a breach of these Terms, payments are not refunded. At the user's request, the Operator provides an opportunity to export the data, unless this is prohibited by law or concerns unlawful content.
11.5. The Operator may temporarily restrict access to the Service to carry out maintenance and seeks to do so during periods of lowest load.
12. Liability
12.1. The Operator's liability is limited in accordance with the Limitation of Liability.
12.2. The user is responsible for the content and lawfulness of User Data, for the actions of its employees and for compliance with these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
13.1. The Operator may amend these Terms. The new version is published at /legal/terms together with its effective date.
13.2. The Operator gives users advance notice of material changes by email or in the Service interface.
13.3. Continued use of the Service after the new version takes effect means acceptance of it. If the user does not agree with the changes, the user may stop using the Service and delete the account.
14. Term and Termination
14.1. These Terms apply from the moment of acceptance until the account is deleted.
14.2. The user may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the account. The Operator may terminate these Terms if the user commits a material or repeated breach of them.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Informatization" and Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" dated 21 May 2013.
15.2. Disputes are subject to a pre-trial claim procedure. A claim must be sent to info@deuscode.tech, and the Operator responds within 10 business days.
15.3. If the dispute is not resolved, it is referred to the court at the Operator's location, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of law applicable to the user.
15.4. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to the user by mandatory rules of the law of the user's country of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1. Notices are sent to the user at the account email address or in the Service interface. The parties recognize email correspondence as a proper form of communication.
16.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
16.3. These Terms are published in Russian, Kazakh and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Russian version prevails.
